YOGA & MEDITATION

Based on my training and experience with Kripalu, Hatha, Iyengar and Restorative traditions, I will be combining my heartfelt knowledge of these ancient traditions of yoga and meditation to offer you inspiring and practical teachings.   When you deepen your relationship with yourself you will in turn deepen relationships with your family, friends and with the world around you.

Yoga is a mind and body practice which involves movement, meditation and breath work to help you feel grounded promoting mental and physical well-being.

Meditation is a practice that involves focused awareness and attention for a period of time which can have many positive psychological effects such as:

  • Better management of symptoms related to anxiety disorders, depression, sleep disorders, pain issues, and high blood pressure

  • Improved emotional well-being

  • Improved immunity

  • Greater empathy for yourself and others
