Join us for an inspiring and transformative women's health and wellness workshop focused on cultivating confidence and self-worth. This workshop will empower you to embrace your unique qualities, enhance your self-esteem all while connecting to yourself and to a community of amazing women!

About the event
What you can expect!
Upon arrival at 421 Mulvey Avenue E there will be plenty of parking just behind the building close to the main entrance. You can take the elevator or stairs up to the 3rd floor. The boutique is located at #303. If the elevator is locked, please call (204) 231-1433 and someone will let you up!
You will then be greeted at the door and welcomed to settle in the cozy space either on your yoga mat or on a chair.
Throughout this workshop you will have the opportunity to connect to yourself and other amazing women of all ages through a variety of practices listed below. You will leave with a renewed sense of self-confidence, a deeper understanding of your worth and with practical tools that you can use moving forward in your journey of personal transformation.

You will experience:
- TRUE COMMUNITY & CONNECTION
- A SAFE JUDGEMENT-FREE SPACE TO DISCUSS WOMEN'S HEALTH & WELLNESS ISSUES (there will be agreements regarding confidentiality discussed and you will share only if you wish to do so)
- INSPIRATION (through the variety of practices explored and the wonderful conversations)
- INFORMATION (opportunities to learn about new resources, tools from myself or others present)
Please wear something comfortable, bring your journal, a yoga mat and an open heart!
