Cultivating Playfulness: Embracing Joy and Creativity

What you can expect!

Upon arrival at 421 Mulvey there will be plenty of parking just behind the building close to the main entrance.  You can take the elevator or stairs up to the 3rd floor.  The boutique is located at #303.  You will be greeted at the door and welcomed to settle in the cozy space either on your yoga mat or on a chair.

Throughout this workshop, you will have the opportunity to tap into your sense of wonder and explore the many benefits of incorporating playfulness into your daily life.  You do not want to miss out on laughing, creating and dancing with us!   

You will experience:

• TRUE COMMUNITY & CONNECTION
• A SAFE JUDGEMENT-FREE SPACE TO DISCUSS WOMEN'S HEALTH & WELLNESS ISSUES (there will be agreements regarding confidentiality discussed and you will share only if you wish to do so)
• INSPIRATION (through the variety of practices explored and the wonderful conversations)
• INFORMATION (opportunities to learn about new resources, tools from myself or others present)

Please wear something comfortable, bring your journal, a yoga mat and an open heart!
