What you can expect!

Upon arrival at 421 Mulvey there will be plenty of parking just behind the building close to the main entrance.  You can take the elevator or stairs up to the 3rd floor.  The boutique is located at #303.  You will be greeted at the door and welcomed to settle in the cozy space on your yoga mat.  (Please let us know if you need a chair and one will be provided upon arrival!)

This workshop will provide a supportive safe space where you can fully embrace, explore and celebrate the various stages of womanhood through engaging conversations and a variety of activities and practices such as gentle movement, intentional journaling and more!  You will feel supported and nurtured no matter where you’re at on your journey of womanhood!

You will experience:

• TRUE COMMUNITY & CONNECTION
• A SAFE JUDGEMENT-FREE SPACE TO DISCUSS WOMEN'S HEALTH & WELLNESS ISSUES (there will be agreements regarding confidentiality discussed and you will share only if you wish to do so)
• INSPIRATION (through the variety of practices explored and the wonderful conversations)
• INFORMATION (opportunities to learn about new resources, tools from myself or others present)

Please wear something comfortable, bring your journal, a yoga mat and a pillow or folded blanket to sit on and an open heart!
