About the event
This gathering will be led by myself and Sylvia Sunstrum. Sylvia is a motivational speaker and wellness influencer.
She’s a women’s wellness advocate who educates women to take control of their own health. You can find her on Instagram @sassy_withstyle
What you can expect!
You will be greeted at the door and welcomed to settle in the bright beautiful space either on your yoga mat or on a chair. There will be music playing in the background.
For the opening of this gathering, you will have the CHOICE to participate and experience a beautiful smudging ceremony (expect smoke) and prayer with Métis woman, Lise Mitchell.
This will be followed by an opportunity to connect to yourself, your sacred feminine and other amazing women of all ages through a variety of practices listed below that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, centred, connected and nourished.
