About the event
What you can expect!
In this guided gathering we will be exploring the theme of Self-Acceptance through movement, meditation, breath work, ritual, journaling and more. At the end of the session there will be plenty of time to connect in community and enjoy the beautiful inviting space and surroundings.
Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow, a water bottle as well as a journal and pen. I look forward to being a part of your journey to reclaiming your radiance!
