Reclaiming Radiance Gathering

What you can expect!

I will greet you at the door and welcome you in the cozy space.  There may be music playing and soft lighting.

For the opening of this gathering, you will have the CHOICE to participate and experience a beautiful smudging ceremony (expect smoke) and prayer with Métis woman, Lise Mitchell.

This will be followed by an opportunity to connect to yourself and other amazing women of all ages through a variety of practices, intentional journaling, movement, great conversation and more!  Tea will be served.

You will experience:

• TRUE COMMUNITY & CONNECTION 
• A SAFE JUDGEMENT-FREE SPACE TO DISCUSS WOMEN'S HEALTH & WELLNESS ISSUES (there will be agreements regarding confidentiality discussed and you will share only if you wish to do so)
• INSPIRATION (through the variety of practices explored and the wonderful conversations)
• INFORMATION (opportunities to learn about new resources, tools from myself or others present)

Wear something comfy, bring a journal, a pen and an open mind & heart!  This gathering is taking place in a cozy Airbnb, centrally located in Winnipeg.
